Led by Tommaso and his skilled chefs, this hands-on and demonstration-based class will take you on a culinary journey of Rome’s most beloved dishes, including fresh pasta, meatballs, and the famous “holy trinity” of pasta: Amatriciana, Carbonara, and Cacio e Pepe.
To complete your gastronomic experience, our professional sommelier will guide you through a wine tasting and pairing session, where you’ll learn how to choose the perfect wine to complement each dish. This isn’t just a cooking class – it’s a full lunch, so be sure to come hungry!
With small class sizes, you’ll have an intimate experience with our chef and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn new techniques. At the end of the class, you’ll have the chance to purchase artisan ingredients and products, along with our pasta kits and wine, so you can continue your culinary adventure at home.
Classes are conducted in English and last approximately three hours. Please note that a minimum of two guests are required for the class to take place, and we will notify you 48 hours before if you are the only one signed up.
