What’s our cancellation policy?
If rescheduling is not possible and you need to cancel:
– 7+ days before: 100% refund
– 6–3 days before: 50% refund
– Less than 3 days before: no cash refund, 20% lifetime discount voucher
This policy applies to direct bookings. If you booked through an OTA (Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, TripAdvisor) or a partner, please refer to that platform’s cancellation terms.

Are our tours vegetarian and gluten-free friendly?
Vegetarian guests are always fully accommodated. Vegan, gluten-free and kosher options may be more limited — just let us know your requirements when booking and we’ll do our best to arrange something suitable.

Yes, all food and drinks are included in the tour price
Is it possible to book a private tour?
Yes, private tours are available for groups of 4 or more guests. Contact us at divitaexperience@gmail.com to check availability and pricing for your group.
Who can join, and are children welcome?
Yes — our tours welcome all ages. Children (3–10) join at a reduced price, and infants (0–2) come free. Guests aged 11 and up are considered adults.
What days do tours run, and can larger groups join?
Tours run Monday to Saturday. Our standard groups are up to 12 guests — for groups larger than 12, contact us directly and we’ll arrange a custom quote.
