Before the call, you’ll complete a short questionnaire about your travel dates, interests, accommodation, food preferences, existing bookings, budget and the decisions you still need help with. This allows us to prepare in advance and focus the consultation on what matters most to you.

During a 60-minute private Zoom consultation, we’ll work through your trip together and help you decide where to stay, where to eat, which neighborhoods to explore, what to prioritize, what may not be worth your limited time, and how to make your days in Rome flow more naturally.

The advice is shaped around your trip by a born-and-raised Roman, combining first-hand knowledge of the city with years spent exploring its food, neighborhoods and everyday culture.

One booking covers one private travel party of up to 6 participants.

The Rome Edit is a planning and advisory service, not a travel agency or concierge service.

We do not:

• Provide unlimited WhatsApp or email support
• Offer on-call assistance throughout your stay
• Create rigid minute-by-minute itineraries
• Plan trips to destinations outside Rome
• Provide unlimited revisions of the Action Plan
• Offer emergency assistance
